    April 27, 2011, 8:55 pm departure for New Orleans delayed because of weather, first two hours, then three, then four, then five, eventually 7.5 hours until lift-off. Jet Blue counter staff curiously rude and uninformed (or bored and doltish)would have helped with an occasional update announcement.

    Those of us hardys who stuck it out and boarded at 4:15 am, were less than happy with the situation. A bit of communication always helps any situation, not just flight delays.
