Overall a good experience. Three things were iffy. First, you have to specify special meal preferences online before your flight, which I wasn't aware of, so no vegetarian meal for me - it wasn't part of the check-in or flight booking process. Only by chance did I get handed an immigration card for Dublin - if I'd printed my boarding pass online I wouldn't have, and they didn't hand them out during the flight. Finally, customs and a second security check in Dublin before my connection took a LONG time and was very hot in tiny corridors because the airport was doing construction. However, I believe they held everyone's connecting flight and I think they do this regularly, which is very nice of them. Delta once left me in Denver overnight when my connecting flight was 5 minutes too late.
Overall they were very friendly and nice about any shortcomings. The seatback media systems were a bit primitive but still had movies and music. Everyone got blankets and pillows and my non-vegetarian meal was free and quite tasty nonetheless.
