Missed my flight while in Delta Club across from gate. Usually half hour boarding - was not informed 45 minute bus boarding.

I booked this Jet Blue flight out of JFK because I'd read customers reviews that rated the airline #1 in customer service domestically, even though this flight was more expensive than some of its competitors. I was traveling from London through Ireland on Aer Lingus (great little airline, btw) and arrived 30 minutes late into JFk from Shannon. No worries as I had built a 4-hour window into my timeframe to cover delays...as it turned out I needn't have. My Jet Blue flight was first delayed 30 minutes, then an hour, then 2 hours, then three hours...then! we were delayed on the tarmac for an additional 75 minutes due to a weather backup. What did Jet Blue do for its passengers after this long delay wherein the reasons for delay changed as frequently as the weather...plane hasn't come/plane's at another terminal/weather/mechanical? Absolutely nothing. No free snacks, no free headphones, no free pillows or blankets, but lots of free attitude from attendants. We were four hours late to Denver and NOTHING! Had this happened in the EU, there would have been some kind of remuneration... To top it off, once I finally made it to my car in the lot, it wasn't there. Stolen by punks. The final insult.
How Jet Blue is rated #1 is beyond me...will avoid in the future--for my money Southwest is far superior with much happier attendants.
