we had a lot of problems getting to our plane, the check in desk woman was very unhelpful and gave us no hope. we were held up and lead astray at the airport leading us to be very late, that airport is not very organizes..will avoid JFK at all costs if possible for future flights. we did miss our plane and the woman at the gate book us the next flight, she was nice but the other delta workers i encountered in the airport were not.
the plane was small and we had to walk clear outside to get to it. it was not comfortable. the seats were small and squeezy. we eventually made it home but i will look at delta as a last resort in the future. they say they are new and improved but i did not see that at all.
