“There's a reason that I consistenly fly on Jet Blue”

I've been flying monthly to and from O'hare and JFK, and my experience with Jet Blue has always been quite enjoyable. It's easy to check in and the employees have always been pleasant.
Although there's usually a delay, they've always been very straightforward about what's going on, and don't leave their customers in the dark about it.
A huge plus, as far as flying is concerned, I love the fact that they have direct tv, and satellite radio. It's nice to have something that keeps my mind off the idea that I'm 30,000 feet in the air. :) I also like the fact that Jet Blue offers snacks and drinks on the flight for free.
All in all, Jet Blue offers something that many flights no longer have, comfort.

Weather was lovely in both NYC and Chicago in February, yet the flight was three hours late. There was an emergency landing the plane had to make earlier in the day, and the airline did telephone me with the information of the initial delay.
