NYC to Charlotte on Delta - direct flight, easy check-in (except perhaps the faulty metal detector that forced me to be pat down when, in fact, I had absolutely no metal on my body), quick flight, easy and prompt baggage pick-up, good signs to car rentals, prompt shuttles.

Jet Blue offers good value most of the time. We love the TVs in front of each seat. - Also, like that one can print boarding passes at home, which makes check-in much easier. The seats are comfortable as well. Sometimes there are delays, but most of the time it is "made up" in the air.

This trip, "going" the snacks and drinks were limited and the bottled water was warm. Coming home was much better (full comliment of snacks and I got my Dunkin' Donuts coffee, which I really like). I must say that, truly we do not choose airlines based on their food. If we are leaving time at "meal time", we'll buy something in the airport and bring it on board.-Also, like their "earphones" on Jet Blue-more comfortable than most and can "reuse" that for many more times after the first purchase.

Overall, Jet Blue is our favorite airline-Better than most higher priced airlines and more comfortable.

Departing flight was fast and comfortable. Left and arrived on time, crew was courteous and efficieint. Return flight was delayed one hour, due to weather on eastern seaboard. JetBlue kept us informed, we left asap. Return flight was also comfortable and fastm returned in a good mood!

Great flight, nonstop, on the ground in less than two hours. Snacks served, employees super polite, a great experience and would try to make the same flight again.

The trip was good, iot would have been great with out the changing planes in Boston, which was done oin order to get the lowest fare. We travelled with a toddler and the extra take off and landing is terrible on the baby's eardrums.

Jet Blue is my favorite airline. We get great fares, which enable us to travel a great deal to visit family in Charlotte.

One of my criticisms is that for the second time in just a few months, the gate was changed after all the travelers were already seated and waiting. This is a particular inconvenience for those who need "assistance (people in wheelchairs, families with small children, etc)."

Also, there have been delays on departure several times, including this flight.-Going, we lest an hour late, but made up the time in flight. Going home, we landed a 1/2 hr. late.

The seats were comfortable, legroom ample, and having a "personal TV" is a nice perk. There are unlimited snacks,-also nice. I would suggest though, if possible that Jet Blue consider selling "meals" on board that are priced better than the terminals(We had an expensive dinner in the airport going home-On the way we bought expensive sandwiches.)NOw that bringing one's own food can be an issue, that would be nice.

The customer service is always great - from the check-in, to the waiting area, to the plane. In NYC at JFK, there were no lines for the security checkpoint. I don't fly frequently, but when I've flown other airlines, the seating is uncomfortably tight, and the airline personnel are not as friendly and helpful as the JetBlue people. Given a choice, I would invariably choose JetBlue.
