JFK-NRT | Delta is still using NWA's 747's for their long haul international flights. The nuts and bolts of the service are terrific -- food, timeliness, easy flight. But Delta has not yet updated the interior to include seat-back entertainment. There's just one big screen on a projector in each section of the economy cabin. Wouldn't stop me from taking the same flight again, though, if it's the cheapest one! NRT-BKK | In-seat power, in-seat entertainment, all good. Arrival in BKK (late!) and departure to NRT (early!) times are an unfortunate byproduct of the length of the flight and Delta connections in NRT, but in the end a travel day is a travel day.

“Great service; but upgrade seats”

Asiana
- RT/OW
- Round Trip
- Number of Stops:
- 1 stop in Seoul, South Korea
- Date of Flight:
- November 2010
- Seat Class:
- business
The service was great; however, the business class seats are not flatbed and were not as comfortable as they should be on a five star airline. I won't fly Asiana again unless they upgrade to flatbeds in business class. The Asiana lounges leave a lot to be desired as well -- especially in Incheon. It was so crowded you couldn't easily find a seat and food was not replenished often enough.
