    We flew Delta to Baltimore from NOLA & had a 30 minute layover to change planes in Detroit. The plane arrived 2 hrs. late to NOLA to depart. The old plane was worn, noisy & uncomfortable. The crew was fine. We got to Detroit & had a 1 1/2 hr. layover. This plane was just as worn out as the 1st. Good thing, we had made a hotel reservation in Baltimore before going on into DC. We got to our hotel at 1:30 a.m.!!! The flight plan had us arriving in Baltimore at 11:15.

    I understand that there was some bad weather, but the waiting, waiting and the conditions of the planes was unbearable.

    We were 2 hrs. late leaving. We got to Detroit & were another hr. late. We didn't get to Baltimore til 2 a.m.

    It was a nightmare and my grandson's 1st flight ever. He hated it.
