    Flight was a few minutes delayed, no big deal. Landed early. Smooth ride. Great crew. Clean aircraft. Fresh magazine with unused crossword puzzle.

    At kiosk, Delta had employees there to help with check-in and the only wait time was checking baggage,( which I wish there would be no charge for baggage).

    I hated that I booked on AirTran, which I had never flown before, and the nickel-and-dime policies it has. But not only was it way, way cheaper, they were remarkably nice, both at the counter and on the plane, and having XM onboard was fantastic. Very rarely am I happily surprised when traveling anymore. I admit my misconceptions about AirTran were unfounded. At least on this trip.
