I have never seen so many people upset with the way they were treated by the Delta staff in Memphis. They were rude, inconsiderate and did not even seem to know what they were doing. Delta leaving Nashville late made us late to Memphis and over 20 of us missed our connecting flights-even though for 7 of us, it was still sitting at the gate. We were sent to a hotel where all you heard was the terrible treatment of Delta representatives. Someone needs to do some work with the ladies that work at the counter to improve their attitude and manners. The man I dealt with the following morning could not have been any kinder or more helpful. Attitude makes a big difference.
