    Try to fly SW when ever I have to fly. On the return trip when we retrieved our luggage at the baggage claim area, our suitcase was smashed, mangled and ripped bad. SW employee was right there, took us to the claim office and gave us a brand new suitcase - all resolved in 5 min. Any other airline and you would be filing a claim and waiting for a check. Accidents do happen with luggage, but I fly 99% with SW and they have never lost or damaged a suitcase in 25 yrs of flying with them.

    The employees of Delta were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Getting on and off the plane was a pain. The aisles were cramped and I could barely move through them. I'm not tiny by any means but I am not large. The seats were extremely small and it was extremely difficult to get comfortable. Otherwise the flight was good but not remarkable.
