After waiting in line for check in we were told by a very rude counter employee one bag was 1 lb overweight and we had to pay an additional $50 or get out of line. When we retrieved our bag in Fla it was destroyed, crushed. The "service" office was closed, and we never got any compensation. We checked in early for our return and watched at person after person was told there bag was too heavy or too big and required to pay more despite coplaints and near altercations. The security guard watching nearby says this goes on all day every day. WHAT A SCAM!

Flight from myrtle beach to lauderdale left almost one hour late. Dur to weather circled Ft Lauderdale for over an hour. Then diverted to Orlando where we could not deplane, then circled Ft Lauderdale for almost an hour. No complimentary soft drinks or snacks given out and since a credit card only policy those without credit cards couldn't even purchase anything. In addition incorrect information given to person picking up a passenger so a wasted trip was made to the airport in terrible weather.
