Westjet is very good. They could improve on the lineups at counters. Montreal was very slow. We used the self-cheking terminal, printed our tags for our checked baggage but still had to lineup to give the luggage to "self-checked baggage" line.
There was only one agent at counter, lot of people in line. I thought the self-check was suppose to save time! Anyways, the flights were on time and the staff very courteous. I would fly them again.
