msp is not a friendly airport,using Enterprise Car Rental in slc was a breath of fresh air! Delta Air was on time

I wanted to use my Delta Visa card to cover the cost of the first bag for my wife and her mother. Agent said it would only cover mine as wife wasn't on my reservation. Explained that both wife and I were traveling on frequent flyer miles and you can't put those on other reservations. Finally agreed to give wife and I free bag, but we had to carry-on mother-in-law's bag.
Return trip same B.S, but after being directed to another counter and another wait - agent allowed all 3 free.

The flight was on time and efficient. The seats on the flights between MSP and Den had head rests that were very uncomfortable. The trip out of MSP there was an irrate customer who I felt they handled very well and got him off the plane quickly. I was also late for my flight leaving and they did a great job of getting me on another flight. There is nothing fantastic about flying coach but it gets me from point a to point b.
