WE HAVE FLOWN SOUTHWEST 6 TIMES (100%) SINCE MARCH 2009 WHEN THEY ENTERED THE MN MARKET. ALL OUR FLIGHTS HAVE BEEN FR ABOVE ANYTHING WE HAVE EXPERIENCED WITH OTHERS OVER THE PAST THREE OR SO YEARS.
WE HAVE CHANGED TWO FLIGHTS - 1 TWICE - WITH NO HASSLE OR COST.
WE HAVE EXPERIENCED 1 MECHANICAL DELAY AND 1 WEATHER DELAY IN THE SIX FLIGHTS.(NONE IN MAY).
THESE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY, ACCOMODATING, HUMOROUS, OBVIOUSLY LIKE THEIR JOB AND THEIR AIRLINE.
THERE IS NO QUESTION THEY THINK THEIR CUSTOMER IS IMPORTANT AND VALUABLE.
THEY JUST KNOW HOW TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS.
AND.....THEY ARE ALWAYS LESS EXPENSIVE!!!!!
