Everything was on time. In fact we landed almost a half hour early. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely fly Delta non-stop again.

My flight was great. It is not common to have empty seats on a flight, so to my surprise, they moved me to a seat with an empty seat next to me. It was so great to have helpful Delta staff to accommodate me with my very active 15 month-old! The food was also good, I had a chicken wrap.

First time I flew Frontier. I like the wider seats and it seemed like more leg room too. Employees were all very nice. We had mechanical issues and they kept us informed and even let us off the plane when it looked like it might be another 90 minute delay.
They also have a video option on the back of the seat in front of you.

Everything was as expected. Older, uncomfortable aircraft. The last leg of our flight was much more comfortable, newer aircraft. Return trip was one hour delayed and we were not given information about our connection. We made it, but had to run to another leg of the concourse. Flight service was adequate but just barely so (did not offer cans for soda). Chose this airline only for the cost of the flight.

Had to wait about 1/2 hour after scheduled flight to PDX. We were waiting for one passenger to show up. Return flight was cancelled after a 3-1/2 hour delay, I booked the next day. apparently they did not have a crew to fly back to Msp. How can an airline continue to stay in business if they can't schedule a crew.

I paid for a late morning non-stop to arrive before rush our in Portland & also, o reduce possibility of problems. First the plane had a mechanical problem but soon a plane arrived but we were told that there was a scheduling error & we were waiting for flight attendants. The 11:40 AM flight left about 2:45 PM. On the positive side, attendants for the next flight explained the situation & boarded us so we'd be ready for take-off as soon as they arrived. The spokesperson was so upbeat & cheerful that her mood transferred to the passengers. The return trip was right on time for departure & arrival. When I got home from my trip I had an apology letter waiting. Delta added an additional 1000 frequent flier miles to my account.

This trip with Southwest Airlines was absolutely perfect. The SWA checkin staff at MSP were tremendously helpful and very friendly. Flight attendants and gate agents were wonderful as well. No flight delays and everything went smoothly (not to mention no baggage fees with SWA). Southwest is definitely recommended. Thanks guys!
