    We had been told that Iceland Air was "..over the top..", "..really a very good carrier.."

    Our experience was anything but that special. We flew RT to Paris. The seats are so small, the flights were PACKED and then environment stale. Come on folks at least a packet of cookies or crackers would be nice. How can you not be making significant profits when 99.9% of the seats are filled? Late out of MSP; late out of Paris and Late into Iceland and MSP.

    I'll go back to AA or Delta where I can at least rack up a few FF miles.

    We flew Msp to Cdg the end of March 2010. The flight on United was comfortable and uneventful. I would recommend United Airlines. The only issue we had was that they did not open the check in counter in CDG til about 2 hours before departure which left us feeling a little rushed for our duty free shopping.
