Almost missed flight! Airport employee's response was "nothing I can do about that" when people expressed concern about the extremely long security line instead of directing experienced and/or rushed customers to the experience flyer line. Fortunately a customer pointed it out to us.

We had a lay over and wanted to check our bags so we could explore NYC and they would not let us. Also they closed the terminal in the evening and we had to shuttle to the American terminal to sit and get a bite to eat. CRAZY!

On a recent roundtrip flight from Minneapolis to LaGuardia, I flew American Airlines, serviced both ways by American Eagle. The plane was a smaller regional jet, which the pilot informed us was new to the American fleet. Both flights were undersold. The flight attendants were flexible with seating arrangements, allowing many of us to move to open rows to nap on the early morning flights. Additionally, with fewer passengers to serve, we got excellent service from our flight attendants. I haven't been impressed by a flying experience in a long time, but I found both of my flights to be comfortable and enjoyable.

Flight wasn't fully booked. Carry on luggage was stowed below as we boarded flight and ready for us a few minutes after disembarking. No hassle of lifting carry on to over head compartment.

Overcharging for check-in luggage is causing more people to carry-on causing costly delays to airlines and their costomers, too many carry-ons cause the airlines to offer free check-ins durin the boarding process ''dose this make sence to any one in the air line indurstry'' what are the penaeltys and cost of these delays to the airlines (FORGET ABOUT THE COUSTOMERS) or is the fix to charge for carry-ons next P.S good crew, flight crew did an espesialy good job landing in bag winds

Our flight was very smooth, with no turbulance. It was on time and me our expectations. The taxi ride from LaGuardia to Manhattan was less expensive and shorter than past taxi rides from JFK to Manhattan. The flight attendants did their jobs adequately, and they were not overly friendly. I didn't see any of them smile. They offered either free peanuts, pretzels, or cookies. We were given a full can of soda going to NYC, but only a half can of soda returning to MSP. The seats on the plane didn't recline as far as on other flights I've taken, which was fine with us. This prevented the person ahead of us from taking up so much of our space. At the end of the flight an announcement was made asking people to stay in their seats if they didn't have a connecting flight. There were only a few people who actually stayed in their seats to allow those with connecting flights to get out first. This is an example of the "ME" mindset that's so common today. Upon our arrival at MSP we waited for a friend who was flying in from Tampa via Delta. The overhead screen said the luggage would be at carousel 7, but the luggage actually came in on carousel 6. If the correct number had been shown, we would have been out of the airport a lot sooner. This caused extra frustration for the person who was picking us up.

Our flight was very smooth with no turbulance. The flight was on time and met our expectations. We weren't charged for our first piece of checked luggage, since we have the American Express credit card. The taxi ride from LaGuardia to Manhattan was less expensive and shorter than past taxi rides from JFK to Manhattan.

I am not a fan of flying so if an airline gets me to my destination and I felt safe the whole time, they're good in my book. There are still some airlines I prefer over others, but when schedules don't match up I have to take a different one. I am willing to shell out more money for an airline that I feel safe on and trust.
