    I appreciate Southwest Airlines a lot & your bags fly free! Staff has always been friendly. However, bring a lunch as they only have peanuts to snack on.

    Arrived early and immediately had luggage.

    On return flight plane was late and then

    once we got to MSP airposrt had

    to wait a long time to get plane door open

    and even longer to get luggage.

    Flight attendants were friendly and humorous. Loved the free baggage check - why don't more people take advantage of this? Flights were pretty much on time. No problems!
