There were three of us gals who traveled to Vegas for a long weekend. The flights (to and from) were as smooth as they could be. My only complaint would be (besides the luggage fee) would be that you have to pay $8 (each way) to sit. Why not just build the $8 (times two) into the airfare? It was great having the option to use one of their players ($6) but I had brought my own DVD player along so I used that. But it looked like that had many great options. Plus I wanted to try and sleep.
*Delta & Sun Country are the only airlines that fly direct to Las Vegas from Minneapolis which seems silly!
Keep up the great work Sun Country (our home town airline)!

DELAYED BECAUSE OF OVERBOOKING AND A LOT OF PASSENGERS WERE NOT INFORMED THAT THE FLIGHT WAS OVERBOOKED.
REPRESENTATIVE OF DELTA SHOULD HAVE ANNOUNCED BEFORE WHY THERE WAS A DELAY IN THE FLIGHT.

Our original plane had faulty breaks. They thought they fixed it, but it turns out they hadn't. Two planes later, we had a plane that was functioning properly. To make it worse the flight before us blew out an engine and the flight after us, couldn't open the baggage hatch upon arrival. (all delta planes)
Other than major mechanical issues with the planes, the flight was good.

Love to fly Sun Country. Smaller airport, easier/faster check in. They leave on time and arrive early. Staff is professional and helpful. Wish they flew more places, Sun Country is always our first choice.

After leaving for the airport I received a computerized phone call letting me know my flight was canceled. United Airlines booked an alternative flight scheduled to leave eight hours later with two stops and layovers. Unacceptable. We would have arrived in Las Vegas 13-hours later than we were supposed to and, in effect, lose an entire day of our vacation. We wound up being moved to a Delta flight, which had its own issues, and didn't make it to Vegas until noon the following day.

On time, friendly, comfortable, and easy rather cheap upgrade coming back.Personable & humorous flight attendants.Economy leg room seemed more spacious than my last flight on American.

Beverage service was offered THREE times during the flight. Overall, a positive experience.

Our flight (there was 5 of us) was very nice, and we arrived about 20 minutes ahead of schedule. But sorry to say a woman walking down the center isle, passed out just before we arrived. So by the time we were allowed off the plane, waiting for the paramedics to check her out and get her off the plane, we were then almost 20 minutes behind schedule. Recovering our luggage in Vegas, was wonderful, by the time we got to the baggage, our luggage was just starting to come up. Minneapolis, was not as fast, it waited about 20 minutes for our luggage to arrive in baggage area. Otherwise, I would say we all enjoyed our flight.

Not only was there no fee for luggage but the flight attendants were great on every flight...I don't say that lightly..One was even a one woman show and made the flight seem shorter...This was the first time I flew Southwest and I will fly again whenever possible...Only one problem..Out of the 4 Southwest planes I was on, to Vegas and back, the 2 older aircraft had seatbelts that fit fine...the 2 newer ones were smaller...But, now I have bought a seatbelt extension and won't worry about that again..I am sure they have those on board but didn't want to be embarrassed by asking for one... Summary...Love this airlines!!

I flew sun country on 7/4 did'nt think the airport would br so busy but in less than 3 minutes i was checked in. went through security took about 5 Minutes was very busy up their but went thru as speedy as you could sat down for about 30 Minutes and before i knew it we were boarding took about 25 minutes to get everyone in and situated but for the forth i thought it was fast about three minutes and we were on the runway we were their 6 minutes early very very satisfied thanks sun country i give you all ********** to a 10 star airline way to make Minnesotans show they know how to travel

While we weren't fans of all the stops getting there, it was a good flight overall. All departures and arrivals were on time, flight crews were all friendly, and we had beverage service with a small snack on each leg of the flight. Departing from the Humphrey terminal in MSP is nice. And not paying for you bags is huge!

The check in was easy, friendly, easy to check bags in advance on line, my experience was fantastic and my air ride was great especially when they announced that we may experience some turbulance so that we were prepared.
