    Upon arrival to MSP, we were held from 7:35pm until 1:00am, under the excuse of a missing flight attendant, to be told flight 1870 to GRR had been canceled.

    When one of the exasperated passengers complained that Delta staff were lying to all passengers about the flight status, an agent responded in front of everyone, "I don't care what you think, I am retiring tomorrow." Further staff lied about availability of hotels for stranded passengers. I personally fond space in one of Delta contracted hotels who staff declared "were all booked." and not available to anyone.
