    I flew with my 21 month old son - his second time flying with me - and Southwest was WONDERFUL. They were all very attentive to everyone. A few hiccups (distracted at check-in clerk, RUDE passenger flying from STL to DTW, longer layover in Chicago - Midway then anticipated) but absolutely wonderful. I hope to fly with them soon! Thanks!!!!
