    I recently flew from MSP to Oregon, one of my flights was from MSP to Denver. The flight was great. Southwest makes flying fun.

    It was an enjoyable trip with good friendly service. The captains kept us informed during some turbulence. The flight attendants gave extra cookies and pretzels when asked for them. Overall, it was a great trip!

    I just wish that when the cockpit talks on the intercom that you could hear it from where ever you are sitting. Also had a hard time hearing flight attendants on the intercom on this flight.

    Check-in crew was chatty and warm, but the on-flight crew was spectacular! Haven't had that much fun in the air for years. Stand-up comedians, look out!

    The flight was just $99. Everything went well. The plane was a bit smaller than I thought and we ended up having to check our carry-on luggage at the gate, we didn't have to pay extra for it. Great deal!
