    Couldn't been better.

    Short line at American Air to check bag. Their bag fees are good compared to some.

    Agent and baggage check personnel friendly and knowledgeable.

    Short line through security - got body scanned - but so what.

    No delays, boarded and left on time.

    Smooth, uneventful flight. As comfortable as a flight can be. Stewards very helpful and friendly.

    No dely in getting to gate in Dallas.

    Located baggage claim with no problems and bags arrive very quickly.

    It was wonderful.

    I think it would work so much faster/easier if airlines loaded economy by: window seats first, then middle seats and lastly aisle seats. Much more efficient, less getting up and out of seat to let someone in, easier to stow luggage.

    MSP to DFW on Friday, 10/8/10 at 3:30 PM. Breezed through Security, flight on time, very smooth. Arrived early so had to wait about 5 minutes for a gate to open up. Return flight on 10/12 at 12:15 PM was on time, very smooth. Couldn't have been better. No peanuts, cookies or pretzels were offered (except for purchase); only a beverage was offered in economy class.

    I've flown Sun Country several times, and each time I'm impressed by the service -- happy checkin people (at 5 a.m.!) great flight crew (friendly, helpful) and comfortable wide seats on the plane.

    They are invariably on time (or early) and the luggage is handled quickly and retrieved expeditiously.

    A good airline, well run and efficient.

    Everything was fine EXCEPT for a screaming crying 2 year old. This continued the entire flight. The people closest asked to move, but of course, there were no seats to move to.

    I was lucky this time and was upgraded both ways on my flight, and I'm only Silver. There were also empty seats in first class. Both flights were on the small jets, so the extra leg room was much appreciated. Had a very nice, healthy breakfast on the way down, and snacks on the way back. The overheads are small on these jets, so I had to check my bag, but didn't have to wait long for it. Both flights were on time.

    Exiting MSP delay of 1 hour and exiting DFW delay of 6 hours. 6 hour delay was due to weather conditions so not airline fault, but yuk! Flight itself was good once we were in the air. Good service and smooth ride.
