    Loved the ease of flying out of smaller MSP airport and the fact that we could check bags for FREE with Southwest. Plus their price point was VERY competative. Will definitely fly Southwest again.

    Plane was on time- actually offered pretzels. cookies or peanuts with a drink. Pretty basic flight with no connections so not much to screw up
