On my flight from Chicago to Cleveland, before boarding, the flight attendants were discussing who was going to be the lead FA. The woman didn't as she didn't feel like it and told her fellow FA that he was better at it. He did take the #1 position on the flight. I never saw the woman do a single thing. The male seemed to do everything. Then, when landing, the announcement was made to put away tray tables and bring seats back into the upright position. The male FA walked the entire length of the airplane and asked a few passengers to adjust their seats and left many still fully inclined. We landed with many seats not in their correct landing position. I don't get it! This particular crew was below American's standards. The flight was Oct. 25, flight #3810 at 6:40 am, Chicago to Cleveland.
