    The airlines pad their time so much! MSP to ORD is a 58 minute flight although the itinerary displays 1 1/4 hours to 1 1/2 hours. We received a whole can of a beverage - awesome! My husband is 6'0" and had to sit with his legs apart to fit in the seat. Also had a hard time getting the carry on to fit under the seat. A United rep. at ORD airport had asked my husband if he wanted to purchase extra legroom for $19. He said 'no, you are so fee based with everything" She said "I'm sorry you feel that way". He said "It isn't a feeling". Also, they now charge $50 to fly standby which used to be free. So we weren't so interested in that this time around either.

    The flight was okay - everything was average. The only thing I would like Delta to consider is the boarding process. I know Northwest did a study and found that letting everyone board at once was actually faster. This zone thing is ridiculous. You have a seat up front but by the time you get on all the overheads up front are full. I don't know how they decide on the zones (I think it is window, center, aisle) but it is ridiculous. Lots of down time with no one in line to board as well.

    I was flying the Madrid and the first flight of the trip was from Minneapolis to Chicago. The flight was delayed and the flight was very shaky. Overall it was a good flight but and they took care of us well, it was just hard on the stomach.
