I've noticed with most flights in the last year to 18 months chances are that the flight time and the actual take off is never the same. Meaning that chances are the flight is late or delayed, maybe even cancelled. On the trip out, U.S. Air was right on time. We were actually taking off at the scheduled flight time. The trip back was a little more problematic. The first leg of the flight was delayed, and although the staff struggled to board the aircraft and get underway, there were some issues and our flight took off 45 minutes late. Making my connection was very close. By the time we landed I had only 10 minutes to get to my connecting flight. Fortunately, U.S. Air held all connecting flights until all the passengers on the late arriving flight were seated onboard their connecting flights. Yeah U.S. Air! And I even arrived home early (we landed ahead of schedule)

Stewardesses/Stewards were doing their job providing drinks and pretzels but it ended there. Friendly, warm, etc. just not there. Take off/landing were great.

Nothing spectactular about this flight. My husband could have used more handicapped assistance, esp. when leaving the plane. I thought he'd be let off first instead of having to stand and wait for the aisle to clear.

The only issue was no peanuts on the 6:10 return flight from Boston to MSP. We were asked, by the flight attendants, to write & complain to Delta for not providing them enough supplies. Also, again on that same flight, they made a huge deal of saying they'd check bags at no charge because the flight was so crowded and there might not be enough overhead room. Well then maybe they should just go back to doing that in the first place!

Sun Country flights always a pleasant experience. Love Boston ( Freedom Trail, Boston Commons, North End) and side trips to Cape Cod, New Hampshire and Maine

Both the in and outbound segments of this roundtrip flight went off without a hitch. The employees at Sun Country were great. It is nice to know I have a nonstop option other than Delta, which has cut back on the number of nonstop flights since it acquired Northwest.

Flew between Minneapolis and Boston. Flights both ways were on time and all staff were friendly and attentive. Check-in outbound and returning baggage claim were slick and quick at MSP Humphrey (Terminal 2). Not so at Boston. Baggage claim was quick when we arrived at Logan, but departing from Terminal C in Boston mid-day on a weekday was slow and confusing. We checked in online and had printed boarding passes. The notice we received said to check our bags at United Airlines. We stood in line at United curbside only to be told we would have to go inside. We went to the United line. After standing there for 20 minutes, we noticed a sign around the corner that said SUN Country should check baggage in a different line. There was no indication at the entrance to the United line that Sun Country passengers should not be there. A simple sign would have saved us those 20 minutes. So we joined the new line. It was not long (15 parties), but it was very slow. There were two agents, and it still took another 20 minutes to check our bags. After 40+ minutes total time, we finally arived at security, which went quickly.

Arrived at MSP at 6 AM for a 7 AM departure. The board already showed a delay to 11 AM. I guess they didn't have time to actually notify any of the passengers. Also, they don't have any agreements with any other airlines so we couldn't get on any other flights to Boston. If you need to be somewhere don't book with Sun Country. They did provide $50 vouchers for a future flight. It;s currently in the circular file.
