    The Southwest agents on our flights enjoyed telling jokes and keeping things light.

    We paid the extra $10 for early bird check-in and got the best seats we've had on a flight for a long time! It made is super easy for us to get 3 seats together. Their boarding procedure made boarding very orderly.
