We were delayed 90 minutes to wait for 25 passengers from a delayed flight from Washington DC. Why? Oh, Why? Never heard of such a thing...

had 3 gates, because they kept changing, people everywhere, couldn't move, no place to sit, people were on sitting on floor. I have never seen an airport so crowded, and there was no apparent reason, anyway, any we were given. When we arrived, there was several TSA guys watching as we got of plane. Going out, our flight was over 1 hour late departure due to fog in SF, which was understandable, but return was terrible, as I have explained earlier.

The only complaint I have is that I paid to check my bag (which would have fit in the overhead bin) and paid $20.00 ($40.00 for the round trip) only to have the gate agents ask for people to gate check their bags because there wasn't enough room in the overhead bins and they were not charged the $20.00 fee. So I guess you should take up the room and make everyone wait while the agents or flght attendents gate check your bags to avoid paying.

What you would expect when you travel. No problems. I did not check a bag and I checked in online before I went to the airport.

Great flight and good prices. Upgraded me and my mom (in wheelchair) in business class as a convenience. Very accommodating.

Very disappointing that Midwest Airlines is merging with Frontier. No more customer service; no more efficient service! Won't fly again.

My outbound plane was great - nonstop to SF - departed on time and arrived early.

The return was again on time and ahead of schedule.

My only complaint was the uncomfortable seats in the 717 and a moldy smell.
