    Family of 5 inc. 2 elderly (86&88yrs.) needing wheel chair assistance. 1)Tic.Agent says 2 of 5 would get seat assignment at gate even though I had reserved seats on purchase. 2) waited 45min. for wheel chairs, even though multiple personnel made calls. Finally had to take very slow walk thru security to gate. 3) At gate, informed that Midwest down sized jet so 2 of 5 don't have seat. Moments before take-off, 2 single passengers agree to a buy-out so we all now have seats. (best care in the air but not on the ground). Remainder of flight & return trip went smooth, flights on time but smaller aircraft/seats/storage than stated plane on booking; wheel chairs arrived when needed after MKE departure.

    Midwest has raised their unaccompanied minor charge to $50.00 each way for all individuals up to age 15!! For my independent 13 year old, walking him onto the plane and walking him off the plane, ignoring him during the plane ride was not to embarrasing. But for his mother, adding 45% onto the cost of the plane fare for this alleged "service" was galling. Correspondence to Midwest replied by form letter patting me on the head and telling me to be a nice customer and keep using them. I am very disapointed as in the past have been very happy utilizing their airline, but they have lost this customer. Determine the unaccompanied minor charge before booking.
