    The service was great and I'm always happy when the flight in on time, because there isn't much time betweeen flights and I hate running through airports!

    Great flight but can't get away from all the crying babies/toddlers. Not much airline can do about it though so have to deal with it.

    Flight attendants great! They were fun, put anxieties at ease, and relaxed personalities which I appreciate more than you know. Got to Vegas to drop some off and pick some up. Before takeoff, a girl had a panic attack and since I'm an ER nurse, I helped her out. SW gave me a voucher toward next travel for this which was nice. Got to LAX and no bag was anywhere to be found....still haven't gotten it 10 days later. Awaiting paperwork to fill out for reimbursement. I really hope they will make this up to me because let me tell you.....so many lost things for a trip and wedding in CA is not a pleasant experience. Other than than, nice flight and nice personnel.
