Flights were good..Layover in Minneapolis is something to be desired....Had to walk a mile for departure to Vegas..Very small gate area, people were standing or sitting on the floor....return flight(redeye) was ok, but once again had to book across the airport terminal to catch our flight to MKE...When we landed, they were already boarding....Need more time inbetween flights....got a full can of soda and extra snacks on the redeye,,,,,

Have taken many a trips out of MKE to Vegas....Airtran, Midwest, Southwest, Frontier, Delta....Out of all the airlines, Midwest was the best, at the time....Great flight times and usually the cheapest...That being said, Frontier has our buck or Southwest. The break up in Denver is nice whether its an hour or two layover, gives you a chance to get something to eat, etc...Seats are comfy and you can watch Direct TV....Very Nice...

Originally booked on Midwest, was bought out by Frontier. Frontier changed layover in Dever from 1/2 hour to 4 hours, then we had another 1 1/2 hour delay in Denver!

On the way there and back, they did not have enough staff to check-in passengers, so our check-in experience was below average. However, on the flight to Vegas, a passenger became ill and nauseous. Once we got the attendants attention, they were very tentative to the passenger, and even offered to land the plane at the nearest airport. The passenger's wife did not want to cause trouble for everyone else and said he would be fine until we landed in Vegas. The crew kept a close eye on him and frequently checked to make sure he was okay. For this, I rate the in-flight service as excellent!

We flew Air Trans 2/2010 to my favorite spot Las Vegas. Air Trans cancelled our flight with no notice and offered to rebook us for a flight that was 1 week away. I did a early check in the morning of our flight and found out our flight was cancelled. Customer service was horrible and never received an apology. First time flighting with AirTran and the last. We had to flight back to our home destination with Air Tran because we had bought round trip tickets. Buyer beware!

There were 7 of us that took a trip to Vegas on AirTran. The flight attendance were very accomadating and friendly. I think I will try to alway take my flight at that time, because of thier service. We have had these guys before and were very excited to see that they were on this flight again. Thank you AirTran.

Checked in at the airport at a decent time but did not get to sit with my significant other. I think boarding could have gone a lot smoother if they would have called each section individually instead of calling business class, then rows 1-3 and left the rest as a free for all. It was a short flight so the "snacks" were pretty boring. Service was okay, nothing spectacular. We did get to our destinations on time and our luggage was intact, but I think overall I just didn't experience anything over the top or even decent... it was just all right. I would only fly airtran again if the price was right, I might even pay a little more for a chance to fly a better airline.

Seating is too cramped for comfort. Baggage fees too high. Should be free like Southwest. Seating assignments 24 hours ahead when printing boarding passes is good rather than waiting until you get to the airport.

Love the cookies from Midwest, hope Frontier keeps them. The flight was decent except a large, large woman sat next to me and took up part of my seat. Kind of a rip paying $25.00 each way for a checked bag.

This flight was great. We took off on time. The offer was made if anyone wanted an upgrade FOR $99.00 TO BUSINESS CLAss we took it. Fee was waived for the bag for the two of us. Seats were so roomy and comfortable complimantary beverages of all kinds and then they came around several times with a basket of snacks and sweets for everyone. What made the trip so eventful was the male steward, he was the quickest wit I ever heard. It seemed as though the time went by so quickly. He was very attentive to our needs. At about 11:00pm He started making us coffee. We were on a flight to Vegas. His comment was "You are going to be driving. Wake up so you can do the Vegas thing"

I really enjoy getting the Directv on their flights. Especially on the longer ones. Being able to buy a snack or a meal is really a plus. Sometimes I just don't have the time to stop and get something to eat before I go to the airport.

Our original booking was for economy class-exit aisle seats. Since my husband is a top tier member with American, we were able to upgrade the Chicago-Las Vegas portion of our flight to first class. We have found that, generally, when we are courteous, considerate and respectful, so are the ticketing and check-in agents. This was no exception. In flight service was wonderful. The meal was superb. I don't know if the flight attendant knows who is in first-class because of an upgrade or not, but we were treated like royalty! I wish we could always fly first-class! However, if we could, it probably would cease to be special!
