Our flight was great! Coming back from Ft. Myers to Milwaukee, the scenery down below was awesome. I wish someone would occasionally get on the PA and mention what scenic feature we're flying over. That would have been helpful.

Air Tran has taken over as the best airline flying out of Milwaukee now that Midwest was bought out by Frontier Airlines.

We had great flights both ways. Going non-stop is wonderful. The service was efficient and and the flights were comfortable. We feel the price, though not as inexpensive as a previous flight to the same location, was still economical. We appreciate your 'price alerts' which we'll use to book future air travel.

The flight was about what you expect nowdays - it was over booked and full. But it departed on time and landed a few minutes early. Our luggage was there so all is good.

Southwest is my carrier of choice. I used be be Midwest only, but with the recent take over with Frontier, service has greatly deteriorated. Smaller planes, nonstop service vanished. SOuthwest flight was just great. Very friendly staff that knows what customer service is. I had to change flights coming home, and it was no problem. No extra charges, and saved money on top of it. Leather seats are nice.

Air Tran is a smart airline. They have low fares but also pay attention to customer satisfaction. Upgrading to business the day of the flight is pretty inexpensive and you get credit for any amount previously paid for special seating (like exit rows) or bags. We had two bags each ($30) and had booked exit rows ($20) so our $99 upgrade cost us only $49 per person. These may be small, subtle differences but it adds up to a much better flying experience. The check-in and gate people are friendly and the cabin crew is as well. And flying nonstop removes some HUGE tension-producing transfer issues and cuts the time almost in half. Viva AirTran!!
