“Most efficient flight I have ever been on”

We were on American Airline flight 1957 from Milwaukee to Dallas on April 27, 2010. In my 10 years of travel this was the most efficient flight I have ever been on. We departed the gate 2 minutes ahead of schedule and when we landed in Dallas we were parked at the gate in a matter of 5 minutes. I was astounded and gave kudos to the pilots when I left the plane. The Milwaukee airport is great too. I prefer this airport over Ohare now that American has changed aircraft to the super 80s.

Staff on flight was friendly. Flying was enjoyable. Security was speedy. The seats were comfortable. The plane was pretty clean.

Flight was supposed to take off at 629 and instead left at 750. The airline told me to be there at original time in case the plane left on time ? That made no sense to me.

Our flight was cancelled with 3 hours notice. We were automatically booked on a flight much later in the day. When I called them, they were able to book me on a slightly earlier flight. I was not impressed with how they handled it. I should have been offered any of the other flights the same day, instead of the latest one. In addition there was a flight only 2 hours later than mine. Although it looked online like there was availability, I was told it was full

I've always been a fan of Midwest, and didn't expect they would meet the same high standards once they merged with Frontier. I'm delighted to say I was wrong. Every experience on this last flight was at the high level I had come to enjoy with Midwest - and the rate I got was phenominal! I'm thrilled they kept the free cookies, too! All of those little things they do so well make all the difference in the world. Great Job Frontier!!
