I was very disappointed that we had seats in the last row of the plane - I didn't recall when I booked the tickets that we were on the last row. Typically I like to sit on row 2 thru 7, however the plane was full and it was impossible to renegotiate. Overall the trip to Dallas was good. The trip back was a bit disappointing as well, we flew one-way back on Delta - I was shocked when I booked the tickets because of my seat chice I had to pay extra - as I stated earlier, i do no like the back of the plane - we sat in 17 A & C. Because the plane was not full, i asked the attendant at the desk if she could move us closer, she said "let me check" and handed us our boarding passes with the previously booked seats and no comments. I also asked her a questions regarding the luggage and her response was less than professional. (Quite rude - I thought wow! sometimes these people need to be reminded that they are serving potential long term customers) otherwise, it was a good flight with an hour delay (which was no problem).
