    Check in was seamless, flights were fast, got there in one piece! There is nothing about this flight that I have any negative feed back about. The pilot on the way there was greeting people getting on the plane, very kind and gracious host.

    This is the second time for air Tran. Printed my boarding online, no hassle at airport. Everyone courteous and well trained.

    My first flight with AirTran... and great experience! Courteous check-in, $15 bag fee, but could have taken on with me free. On time flight and newer 737, clean and comfortable for coach.

    Return I had two bags for check in $15 + $25, but was offered upgrade to business for $49 with free bags and free drinks. Chose this option. More room, great service and arrived 1/2-hr ahead of schedule. No hesitation on flying AirTran again.

    I had never flown Midwest Airlines before so I was assuming it was like the other airlines I do fly. I was wrong! For the first time in years I could cross my legs....there was enough room between my seat and the seat ahead of me; what a treat! The seats were comfortable with rounded headrests; I liked them. They served complimentary HOT chocolate chips cookies, baked right on the plane. Ummmm, the smell of them baking was almost as good as the cookies themselves. The staff was very nice, especially the lady at the check-in desk at Boston' Logan. I will fly Midwest again.
