We left Milwaukee a little late by the time we got off and I picked up my luggage had to run quite aways to make connection. Daughters luggage did not make transfer and had to wait till next day for delivery.

The flight was fine, but I find the seats terribly uncomfortable. Otherwise we had no complaints, on time, friendly service, etc.

Southwest proved once again that it is one of the best airlines out there. Cheap fares ($69 each way? Unheard of!) and great service bring it to the forefront. The only downside was the extremely long line to check in bags. Of course, this is not the fault of Southwest, but rather MKE not giving Southwest enough counter space!

This was my first time flying AirTran and I was impressed with them. I must admit my expectations were lower since they aren't one of the big 3 (Delta, United, Continental) but I was impressed. Timely everything! The only negative was they had a single line for all check ins and I just wanted to use the kiosk.
