Could not reserve family seats together more than 2 months ahead and we were told our printout of our reservation with confirmed seats for the return flight were just a piece of paper. Let us sit for 3 hours without boarding passes, were rude and then handed us our boarding passes after most people were on board. Paid over $1200 for each seat and then were treated like we were on stand by. This was after the snowstorms so no excuse. They use an airbus that had the rows moved so that you could not get out of your seat without climbing over the armrest. Flight attendants very professional. Food very good with lots of special treats. The reservation and check-in though not the best experience.
