I usually fly Air Canada and have flown on most other major US carriers but this was my first time flying American Airlines. The services in first class was great as was the food and drink selection and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was nice to have WiFi service for my BlackBerry ($7.95)but it would be nice if American would upgrade their First Class seats to have in-flight entertainment systems like on Air Canada. Fortunately my kids had their iPods and iPads. Overall a great experience and I would definitely fly American again.
