“TERRIBLE - Would Not Let Me Board!”

I drove from MN to SD and was about 4 min late! I had already paid for ticket, paid for my luggage fees and the plane was not even boarding yet! There was road construction so we were a little late getting to the airport after driving a couple hundred miles and the plane was sitting their empty, not boarding had even begun! The lady at the counter was so rude, I was ready to cry! It was a Thursday and I was told I would have to buy a new ticket full price and could not even fly out until Saturday!
I said forget that drove back to MN bought a new ticket and took Southwest Airlines! What a mess, I was so upset that they could treat a customer like that!
Allegient is not customer friendly and they would not even write me back! Bad - NO Customer Service!
