I arrived and found a very long checkin line and only 3 clerks to handle the customers, with one clerk taking at least 25 minutes to handle one customer, I missed my flight and it made me 5 hours late getting to my final destination, I heard the clerk who took 30 minutes telling customers that missed there flights, YOU should have been here 2 hours before flight time in a sarcastic tone, I don't plan on ever using UNITED AIR LINES , they needed more help and need to me more efficient ,in checking in the people, they should have made announcement if your plane was going to be leaving and you need to come to the front of the line, they didn't, plus only water was complimentary, the air port doesn't open until 5:00A.M. and I was there at that time.
