People who have higher numbers than you go before you, I have only seen one SW employee check numbers & make a customer get back in line (this was last year) If adults can't go by rules then someone needs to monitor them

The flight was on time and service was very good. Plane was full no empty seats. I liked the advance seating option, was able to sit in the bulkhead, more leg room. Sat next to a large person, so that was uncomfortable for both of us.
But all in all a good flying experience by Southwest. I wish they could fly into Portland, Maine. Manchester or Boston is a long drive for me.

SOUTHWEST LET'S YOU HAVE THE BAGS FREE BUT YOU PAY FOR IT WITH DELAYS AS THEY CREATE MORE FLIGHTS YOU NEED TO WAIT FOR TO COME IN SO THEY CAN ADD A FEW MORE PEOPLE TO THE PACK. SITTING ON THE TARMACK IN EXTREMELY HOT WEATHER DUE TO HOLD UP AT NEXT AIRPORT YOU ARE TO LAND AT BECAUSE THEY ARE WAITING AGAIN FOR CONNECTING FLIGHTS. NOT CHECKING PASSENGERS TICKETS AS PEOPLE I SAW WITH "B" ON THEIR TICKET WENT IN WITH "A" DUE TO THE HURRIED PACE OF WORKERS. AS USUALLY MY TOILETRY BAG WAS GONE THROUGH & EVERY CAP WAS NOT PUT BACK ON SO ALL THE LIQUIDS SPILLED ALL OVER, THIS BAG WAS INSIDE MY CHECKED LUGGAGE. THIS HAS HAPPENED EVERY TIME I'VE USED SOUTHWEST!
