    Us Air in their quest for profits just nickel and dime you to death. Charge for baggage, so you do carryon then they want to check it for free at the gate since their limited overhead space is full. Pay for choice seat, but even though zone 2 have multiple overrides for others to get on first. I normally fly Southwest which has customer service personnel with a customer first goal, on US Air they could really care less. Am going to fly southwest whenever possible even it more $.

    nice nonstop to orlando, only problem was with online check in. their web site was down for over six hours on our day before departure and wanting an A boarding pass this became difficult. we did manage to get low B's.

    The flight went exactly as planned. This is one of the reasons I always try to fly Southwest. Nothing special, but no unpleasant surprises either.The flight was on time and everyone was polite.

    Great flight! Two issue. In Orlando I waited in the longest line ever to check my bag with Southwest. They tried but it took at least 45 min. They should anticipate and have more folks on to check in.

    Also couldn't hear a thing that the pilot was saying on either flight.

    Landing in Manchester on July 31st. was a little rough but the return flight was great! Ahead of schedule, good service and humorous flight attendant!

    Baggage got a little beat up but for free, I cannot complain!

    I have travelled regularly to Orlando with Delta for the past 3 years from the UK, 2/3 times a year. I travel with my elderly father who is a wheelchair user. I cannot thank Delta enough for all the assistance given to us from all the employees at the 3 airports we use.
