SEATS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. CHANGING FLIGHT IS IMPOSSIBLE. OVERALL NOT A GOOD EXPERENCE. I'M USED TO SOUTHWEST WHO SEEM TO CARE AND WORK WITH YOU ON ISSUES. AS SMALL AS SOUTHWEST SEATS ARE THEY ARE FAR MORE ACCOMIDATING TO A PERSONS BODY.

My wife and I needed to fly from Boston to Las Vegas, but the only direct flights of a reasonable price were on Jetblue, and I did not want to take the redeye back home nor arrive at 11 PM on the way there. So I decided to check out Southwest.

I have never flown Southwest, and thus I did not know all of the games one must play to make sure you get a reasonable seat. I should have done my homework. It turns out that you want to get your boarding pass as quickly as possible with in the 24 hour window so you can end up in either group A or B. We ended up in group C and could not sit together on our flight from Manchester, NH to Las Vegas. Lesson learned.

The flight to Vegas was crowed, but the crew was fantastic. They were funny, engaging, and generally made a long 5 1/2 hour flight enjoyable. In fact at the end they had everyone on the plane singing. Go figure.

The seats were too close together and difficult for someone 6' 1". They only serve chips and soda, so it is advisable to bring along your own food. We did that on our flight home.

I would fly Southwest for this route again.
