    “A Logistical Nightmare”

    Mechanical breakdowns happen.....but it started a roll down effect the rest of the day. Two hours late departing.....w/3 wheelchair patrons boarded. Once airborne the flight was smooth and I have no complaints. Arrival at Philly was delayed 10-15 minutes getting the Jetway attached to the plane. Passengers missed connections and were very vocal....not a pleasant environment. I will say this is the first time I've experienced this type of delay on the SDF to PHL flight.
