Because of delayed flights and rescheduling, this wasn't the ideal return trip. The attendants on these flights, however, made them more enjoyable than average.

Smooth flight both ways. Friendly attendants; no trouble with check-in. Southwest even went out of their way to have a baggage attendent stay with 6 bow and arrow cases at Orlando airport for our Archery Team and provided special handling for these cases at no additional charge.

I have no complaints at all about Southwest Airlines, and that will always be the airline of my first choice. With consistently lower fares than their competitors, and no baggage fees, plus no charge to change flights, why would anyone fly with anyone else.

Check in was smooth as i arrived early and between busy flight times. Boarding went well onto regional jet. Flight good and on time. No jet way on arrival and stairs down the aircraft were uncomfortable for me (bad knees). Flight connection was on time. Boarding for a large plane to Orlando (think Disney) and many first time flyers (don't know where their seat is) is a grueling experience for flight attendants and veteran travelers as well. A mechanical delay for about an hour (left the gate and returned) was handled quite well by the entire flight crew. Overall not a bad experience but flying is no longer the pleasurable experience it once was, not US Airways fault, just the system.
