If you're looking for a no-frills airline, then this is it. We were on the commuter flight non-stop from Louisville to La Guardia and it was certainly a tight fit. Seats are very small, and bulkhead is low, and legroom is almost non-existent. But the staff are very nice and helpful, and they offer free sodas and water during the flight, as well as snacks and other drinks for a fee. We experienced turbulence on arrival to NYC, but the pilot warned us in advance, so we knew to expect it. Overall, a pleasant experience, and will fly with this airline again and encourage other travelers to book with confidence!
