    First of all, when checking flights from Cincinnati to Chicago, the prices for a round trip ticket were ridiculous! We checked the prices to fly out of Louisville and couldn't believe the difference in prices. We are only about 20 minutes from CVG, but are willing to drive further to save some money. The flight was on time, seats had plenty of leg room and the attendants were very friendly and polite! I will fly United whenever I can in the future.

    American runs hot and cold. The smaller planes are pretty rough. In flight service was good going to ORD, mediocre coming back into Louisville
