On a flight from Los Angeles to Seattle I noticed hydraulic fluid leaking out of the wing. At 36k feet because of the temperature was barely leaking looked like a gel. But when the plane was at lower altitudes leaked like a seive. I have video if anyone is interested.

I don't understand how Virgin can get it right and everyone else can suck so bad. Seriously. Great flight, polite staff, cheap 1st-class upgrades if you want to roll like that... I just can't see flying any other way if Virgin is on your route. Plus the prices are the same as everyone else.

If the headrest on the seat could move a little lower for the shorter people that would be great. Also, more space for carry-on luggage would have been nice.

We were very pleased with the ease in which we checked in, there were no delays, the plane was clean and the seats were comfortable and spacious, and the pilots were professional but friendly. Our only complaint is concerning our having to pay to check in our luggage. We are not happy at all that airlines have begun to charge this fee, and see it as excessive.

Southwest is most always on time, allows 2 free bags up to 50 pounds each. In the event of a delay they continually keep their customers updated. The captain and the crew always thank their customers and greet them with a smile. On two occasions I have observed the crew deal with a disgruntled passenger and they have calmed the situation with expertise and calm.
